How do I submit a troubleshooting ticket to Customer Care?

If you are experiencing issues with your pHin monitor or bridge, you can submit a troubleshooting report to Customer Care. From the Home screen in the pHin mobile app, select the arrow facing down at the top right of the screen. The app will walk you through the steps to submit the report - all of the steps are required for a valid report.
