Why won't my chemicals scan?

First off, please confirm that the chemicals you are attempting to scan are specifically on our supported list of chemicals.

Since labeled dosing instructions can vary by product, our scanning feature only supports the specific products we have researched and inspected. We are continuously collecting new chemical requests to grow our list of supported chemicals over time.

If the chemical that you are trying to scan is on the list of supported chemicals and you're still receiving an error message, please email support@phin.co so that we can determine the cause.
