This article includes tips for correcting Monitor Setup Not Completed issues found by the Mobile App Troubleshooting Tool.

One of your pHin Monitors has not been set up yet.

The most common reason for this to occur is that the set up process has not been completed. To resume the set up process, open the pHin Mobile App, navigate to the Main Menu and tap Setup. This will also work if you have not yet started set up.

If all of your pHin Monitors have been set up, then the unknown Monitor may belong to a neighbor. If you are still experiencing problems with your pHin devices, try running troubleshooting again later.
